Amy Ronneberg
CEO, Be The Match
As CEO of National Marrow Donor Program® (NMDP)/Be The Match®, Amy leads an organization of more than 1,300 professionals and 3,000 volunteers, fighting so all people, irrespective of background, get the cell therapy they need.

Ronneberg joined the NMDP/Be The Match in July 2013 as the chief financial officer. Along with her finance duties, Ronneberg was also president of Be The Match BioTherapies business and led new business development while overseeing the development and delivery of a strategic plan to grow and expand our portfolio of product offerings.

She has won several awards including MSPBJ Forty Under 40, Tiffany & Co.’s Community Hero, MSPBJ CFO of the Year, MSPBJ Top Women in Business and Finance and Commerce’s Top Women in Finance.
Lili Hall
Founder and CEO, KNOCK inc.
Lili Hall is Founder, CEO and President of KNOCK, inc., a Minneapolis-based independent creative agency leading strategic brand development and design thinking on a national and international scale. She founded KNOCK in 2001 with a commitment to impeccable client service and a nimble response to new entrepreneurial opportunities. Lili’s teams design powerful experiences that matter — connecting customers to brands in all categories and disciplines. Additionally, she owns two sister companies: TREAT AND COMPANY, a strategic design studio; and NEIGHBOR, a video and animation company.
